The BSO may offer a Livestream and Video-on-Demand (VOD) concert experience from time to time. When offered, the experience will be professionally produced by Valley Action Channel and Soundmaster Productions. There will be a nominal charge for this service, to help cover the cost of staffing, production, and music licenses, that make this experience possible.

How to Access the BSO’s Livestream (Pay-Per-View) and Video-on-Demand Concert Experience
Visit the Livestream website (Castr)
- With the direct link to the BSO’s concert, you should see a screen that looks like this
Set up an account and purchase the ticket through the Castr platform
- Create a login and password (left side of the screen) or use your established login (right side of the screen)
- Purchase the concert for $15 by submitting your payment details
To watch live on the day of the concert
- Log in to Castr
- Stream will be active about 15 minutes prior to the start of the concert
To watch the concert later
- The Video-on-Demand will load following the concert. It may take several hours to load, so be patient.
- When there are license restrictions, the VOD will be available for 30 days following the concert
